my life my say = ]

what a week it has been, having headache and high blood got the better of me =[ but i am recovering after going to A&E yesterday and doing lots of blood test OMG lol 6 tubes =.= ( i was like a lab rat lol ) but lucky i am fine =]
-i must watch my diet from now on
-eat enough dun eat more
-less oil more vegetables and exercises more
i must follow =] it for my heath
